🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Change of Mind: We accept returns only if requested within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders are considered final and non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • Return Process:

    2. If approved, we will guide you through the return process.
    3. Refunds are issued only once the item is received and inspected by the supplier.
    4. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
